WARRANTY
Three Rivers Mfg., LLC products are guaranteed for their lifetime to be free of defects in material, construction and workmanship. Any product we determine to have defects will be repaired or replaced with a model of equal value at no charge. Our products are designed as cutting tools-misuse (including prying or pounding) or improper maintenance voids the warranty. SOME modifications or repairs made outside of Three Rivers Mfg, MAY void the warranty. TRM will determine if the modifications have affected the functioning of the knife or any of its components.
Our generous warranty policy includes knives from customers other than the original owner- missing screws, bent clips, minor scratches, etc. are NOT considered manufacturing defects on previously owned knives.
RETURNS
TRM packages are not delivered directly to our facility. We record returns from the local post office to our repair log two times per week. By maintaining a record of all issues we strive to improve our QC.
You will be notified by email once your return has been logged in. If your tracking information says "delivered," it will be at our local post office but not necessarily at TRM.
As a growing company with many employees wearing more than one hat, we cannot guarantee an immediate turnaround of your knife. Our goal is to return most knives within two weeks of receipt.
In some cases, knives with more complicated issues may take 3-4 weeks.
Replacement scales will usually be shipped within 2-3 days.

RETURN POLICY
Returns are excepted up to 30 days from purchase date. New unused still in package after inspection upon receiving will fully be refunded, included shipping on the order. Customer is responsible for the shipping to return the package. Utilize the form to include in the return. (form found above)
