TRM Atlas Slipjoint
Our ever-popular Nomad slipjoint has been retired to make way for our new sleek, lightweight (2.1 oz.) Atlas. Check out our new EDC designed for worldwide legality sporting a new wider blade with a 1.9993" cutting edge (2.2” in length). We chose CPM S35VN stainless steel for its toughness and edge retention. With a razor-sharp edge, the Atlas is great for most daily cutting tasks.
Designed for 2-handed opening, with a modern take on the classic slipjoint, the enlarged cutout “may” allow for a one-handed opening. The Atlas employs the same ingenious internal mechanism as the Nomad.
The finger choil and slimmed down rear end of the handle have added to its comfortable fit in your hand. Atlas has a strong detent that snaps the blade back into the handle. We’ve added a half stop for additional safety. The ambidextrous titanium deep pocket carry clip is perfect for lefties or righties.
Machined full titanium liners, a .090” blade stock and full flat grind equals a Neutron weighing in at only 2.1 oz. The bevel extends to the ricasso, allowing for a complete edge sharpening.
Just like our Viator and Neutron, TRM offers replaceable scales for the Atlas at a modest price. No knife disassembly is required.
